Stock snooker and pool cues start at 50 pcs per model. Fully custom cues (your splice, veneer, joint and engraving) start at 200 pcs. Ball sets and cases start at 100 pcs.
Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days and are charged at the unit price plus freight; the sample cost is credited back against your first bulk order. Custom prototypes take 7–10 days.
Laser engraving, inlaid badges and etched butt caps are all available. Send vector artwork and we will return a digital mock-up within 48 hours before anything is cut.
30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T, or an Alibaba Trade Assurance order if you prefer escrow. We ship FOB Shenzhen, CIF to your port, or DDP to your door.
Timber is air-dried for 24 months, then every shaft is checked for straightness on a granite bed. Finished cues go through a 12-point inspection covering taper run-out, ferrule concentricity, splice integrity, weight and balance, and finish gloss.
All cues carry a 12-month structural warranty covering splice failure, joint separation and ferrule cracking under normal play. Tips, chalk and other consumables are excluded.
